Bio

Ryan Broshear is the living breathing embodiment of Country Music. From growing up on a farm to paying his dues in smoky nightclubs, he experienced love and loss while chasing his dream of music. His entire life has been set to the soundtrack of a classic country song.

When it was time to record his own debut self-titled project in Nashville, the singer/songwriter drew from those life experiences to create his own classic country songs. The ten songs on the disc are born of long drives, tough times, falling in love and pick-up trucks getting repossessed. Each recorded with the twangs and the reverb of an authentic, bluesy country artist strumming and picking his way into your heart. Broshear’s songs connect with music lovers by exploring subjects like the special relationship between father and son, the discovery of life’s inspiration and the nod to man’s best friend… his dog. Songs like “Make Each Moment Last”, “Countrything”, “Damn Good Place to Start“, “I Don’t Mind”, and “Where Have All the Good Girls Gone” is the kind of good old country music that can’t be faked or manufactured. They exemplify exactly why country music is, and will always be, the sound of America.

“Let Your Redneck Out”, a hard driving tribute to the country lifestyle, is the project’s first single. The 2012 Summer release has inspired a chorus of accolades from media pundits and industry alike. Roughstock’s Weekly Single Recap says that “Let Your Redneck Out” is as “good and country as anything that’s been on the radio in the past couple of years.”  Making a promising debut, “Redneck” peaked at No. 91 on the Music Row CountryBreakoutTM chart.

Just released, Broshear's sophmore single "I Don't Mind" is quickly gaining the attention of country radio and immediately landed a spot on the front page of the #1 music retailer, iTunes. The powerful ballad is already earning rave reviews stating, "Strong vocal approach from an artist that stands as one of 2013’s top names to watch.

Country radio seems to agree, just arriving at radio, "I Don't Mind" is already seeing its airplay increase daily.
